A tribute to ceramic excellence
Cotto d’Este earns another prestigious accolade. After the 2024 Archiproducts Sustainability Award and the 2025 German Design Award, the Arketipo collection has now won the 2025 iF Design Award, one of the most coveted prizes in the international design landscape. This latest achievement, earned in the Textiles/Walls/Floor category, confirms the brand’s position as a protagonist of ceramic innovation, architecture, and high-end design, celebrating the outstanding craftsmanship and aesthetic vision that have set Cotto d’Este apart for over 30 years.
Since 1954, the iF Design Award has been selecting the finest expressions of design through an international jury of experts. For the 2025 edition, almost 11,000 designers, architects, and companies from 66 countries participated in the competition. In this context, Arketipo stood out for its elegant beauty and extraordinary technical characteristics, redefining the concept of ceramic surfaces thanks to a perfect balance between craftsmanship and industrial innovation.
“Seeing Arketipo, our latest collection, win three international awards in such a short time is a source of tremendous pride for Cotto d’Este. The iF Design Award provides tangible confirmation of our vision and our ongoing commitment to the study and development of innovative ceramic materials that inspire the world of architecture and design,” says Bruno Buratti, Brand General Manager of Cotto d’Este. “This recognition celebrates the brand’s excellence, dedication, and identity, with Arketipo embodying the perfect balance between modernity and tradition, craftsmanship and industrial technology, aesthetics and performance. A milestone that establishes the collection as a new benchmark for the future of design.”
