Starting from the evocative ventilated façade where there are wall coverings in Kerlite (3.5 mm) by Cotto d’Este, in which the three shades used alternate harmoniously, creating an elegant and contemporary look. In the centre, standing out is the section with a dark wood-look colour Noce, part of the Forest collection, which, thanks to its large size (3x1m), integrates perfectly into this context. For the other two sections of the façade, the choice fell on the Lithos collection, also by Cotto d’Este, in the contrasting shades Carbon Soft and Moon Soft: in this case, the materiality of the stone hybridises with the aesthetics of the rarest marbles, conveying a sense of refinement and uniqueness.
In the bathrooms, the charm of the Kerlite Vanity wall covering by Cotto d’Este predominates, in the antithetical Dark Brown and Bianco Luce shades, both with a particularly bright Glossy finish. A collection of ceramic surfaces that sublimates the aesthetics of the most elegant and minimal marbles, with their subtle patterns, light veins and soft chiaroscuro.
