Designed by Studio Svetti Architecture, the villa serves as the focal point of the entire complex, featuring corporate spaces, a gallery dedicated to the history of the products, and a lobby for guests and clients, as well as five independent residences and three common areas.
Cotto d’Este’s exclusive and high performance Kerlite slabs were chosen to enhance the most sensitive areas of this prestigious project. Thanks to their ultra-thin profile, exceptional durability, and unparalleled aesthetics, these surfaces are the perfect ally for any designer.
Used to cover over 1200 sqm of flooring and cladding in the parking area, the brand’s fully customised surfaces enhance even the most delicate and demanding spaces within the project, introducing a touch of elegance and modernity that leaves nothing to chance.
