The Cotto d'Este surfaces cover the walls of the new, five storey station, with a total area of 119,600 square meters. For the realization of this magnificent project, the Travertino version of the Custom-Made collection was chosen. This surface, which is characterized by the utmost fidelity to one of the most famous, ancient types of marble, comes in 100x300 cm with a thickness of 3.5mm, and covers the internal walls of the structure, generating chromatic and stylistic continuity in all areas.
In fact, the advantages of Kerlite make it a unique instrument for large-scale projects, opening the way to increasingly innovative architectural uses. Thanks to its reduced thickness (to 3.5mm), its large dimensions (up to 100x300 cm) and its strength – from the glass fibre reinforcement - the slabs in Kerlite guarantee maximum quality and performance.
