The Cotto d'Este surfaces cover the walls of the new, five storey station, with a total area of 119,600 square meters. For the realization of this magnificent project, the Travertino version of the KERLITE EXEDRA collection was chosen. This surface, which is characterized by the utmost fidelity to one of the most famous, ancient types of marble, comes in 100x300 cm with a thickness of 3.5mm, and covers the internal walls of the structure, generating chromatic and stylistic continuity in all areas.
In fact, the advantages of Kerlite make it a unique instrument for large-scale projects, opening the way to increasingly innovative architectural uses. Thanks to its reduced thickness (to 3.5mm), its large dimensions (up to 100x300 cm) and its strength – from the glass fibre reinforcement - the slabs in Kerlite guarantee maximum quality and performance.
