From 19 to 23 January Maison&Objet, the international exhibition dedicated to the world of furniture and home décor, returns to Paris. More than an exhibition, the Trade Fair is the centre of attention of every professional: design, fashion, home, decorative objects, arts.
Cotto d’Este participates in the spring edition with its most recent exclusive surfaces of incredible allure: collections of great aesthetic impact, capable of conveying velvety sensations to the touch, as well as guaranteeing extraordinary performance.
PURA is the first of the two collections that Cotto d’Este will exhibit in Paris. New tactile sensations, material and mineral textures, warm colours and out-of-the-ordinary technical performance, the result of expertise that is entirely Made in Italy. Inspired by limestone, the new collection by Cotto D’Este is the celebration of naturalness, balance and measure for an elegant and delicately expressive result. All in an extremely complete series between 14 mm thick stoneware, 20 mm outdoor stoneware and the excellence of Kerlite, the large ultra-thin slabs crowning achievement of the Cotto d’Este proposal.
The second collection at Maison&Objet is BLEND STONE, a reinterpretation of stone with unique and one-of-a-kind aesthetic, surface and mass effects. The series is a skilful blend of stones with a warm and welcoming feel and starts from a graphic concept that involves the insertion of flakes of material inside the mixture, right into the heart of the slabs. The incursions are therefore also visible on the edge, offering a very striking complete and original three-dimensional effect. The dimensions are also a novelty in the 14 mm version: slabs of 120x120 cm and 90x180 cm, which raise the bar in terms of technical quality and production capacity of Cotto d’Este.
